✦ Deep Dive

Case Study

A comprehensive breakdown of the thinking, challenges, and outcomes behind this project.

Overview

Osman Hadi Souvenir is a premium digital sanctuary dedicated to the life and legacy of Sharif Osman Bin Hadi (known as Osman Hadi), a co-founder of Inqilab Moncho (ইনকিলাব মঞ্চ) and a prominent coordinator of the July 2024 Uprising in Bangladesh. Following his tragic assassination in December 2025, this platform was developed to serve as a permanent archive of his contributions to the struggle for justice (Insaf) and sovereignty.

The Challenge

In the wake of a national hero's assassination, there is often a risk of narrative erasure, misinformation, or the loss of digital footprints. The family and supporters needed a dignified, centralized, and permanent digital home that could: Document his life from his roots in Nalchity to his education at the University of Dhaka. Chronicle his pivotal role in the 2024 uprising and the formation of Inqilab Moncho. Provide an accurate record of his assassination, treatment, and the state-honored funeral. Reach a global audience in both English and Bengali with high search engine visibility.

The Solution

We built a high-end, immersive web application using Next.js 16 and Tailwind CSS. The site was designed not just as a repository of information, but as an emotional narrative journey. By combining minimalist luxury aesthetics with advanced web technologies, we created a "digital monument" that feels both somber and empowering.

How We Built It

Process

04

Steps

01

We implemented a cinematic dark theme with subtle grain overlays and high-quality imagery to set a reflective tone. Using Lenis for smooth scrolling and GSAP/Framer Motion for micro-animations, we ensured that the user's journey through his biography feels fluid and respectful.

02

Recognizing the local and global impact of his legacy, we developed a robust bilingual system. This allows users to switch between English and Bengali seamlessly, with typography specifically optimized for the Bengali script (Hind Siliguri) to maintain readability and aesthetic integrity.

03

To combat misinformation and ensure discoverability, we integrated comprehensive JSON-LD (Schema.org) structured data for Person, Organization, and WebSite entities. This ensures that search engines like Google correctly identify him as a public figure and revolutionary co-founder.

04

The site was optimized for lightning-fast load times on Vercel, ensuring that even users on limited mobile data in Bangladesh can access the memorial. We also implemented semantic HTML5 structures to ensure full accessibility for screen readers.

✦ Outcome & Result
The platform stands as the definitive digital record for Sharif Osman Bin Hadi. It ranks prominently in search results for both Bengali and English queries, providing a space for hundreds of thousands of supporters to visit, read his story, and leave tributes. "He Lives in the Streets" is no longer just graffiti; it is now a permanent digital reality.
